Educated as a Geographer at University of Freiburg, Germany, Nina worked in a research project in Hyderabad from 2009 till 2014. She has researched the domestic organic market extensively, published two books and works as a consultant on issues of organic food, environment and health. She preferably commutes by bicycle, loves to cook and teaches organic and vegan cooking.
